Lake Hills Community Association

LHCA is a luxury community nestled just miles from beautiful historic South Point, Virginia. The amenities offered to residents of Lake Hills include an olympic-sized swimming pool, tennis and racquet courts, walking and biknig trails, a clubhouse available for rental for the social and business needs of homeowners and an onsite management office available Monday - Friday to answer questions and address concerns of homeowners.

The mission of the Lake Hills Community Association and its Board of Directors is to preserve and enhance property values by promoting community pride, encouraging community involvement, maintaining common facilities and fostering a sense of unity and community spirit among the residents of Lake Hills.
