FEBRUARY 22 - Beginning at 09:00 this morning winds began to cause down trees and powerlines striking up massive brush fires. Many incidents were reported during this 12 hour span. Due to nature and massive number of calls a career callback was sent. For the next several hours all county apparatus, volunteer and career staff was committed to calls.

February 11 - Annual awards banquet was held at the local firehouse. Joe Smith was named top fireman for calendar year 2007. Jane Blanque was awarded technician of the quarter.
